Our brand is much more than a visual identity. It expresses what connects us: people, values, and responsibility. It stands for clarity, orientation, and trust. Wherever VITREA is visible, character emerges – in our language, our design, and our daily actions.

In an organisation with many disciplines, teams, and locations, a strong brand creates unity. It shows who we are and reminds us what we stand for: quality, humanity, collaboration, and innovative strength. This identity is experienced in every detail – from our logo to typography, our colour range and image library, and the way we communicate with each other. Our brand goes beyond what is visible. It shapes how we are perceived, how we communicate, and how we collaborate. It reflects what people experience at VITREA: professionalism, trust, and humanity. This makes it a shared framework guiding our actions – both internally and externally.

Our new brand has been shaped by over 3,000 voices – from clinic visits, team workshops, open conversations with employees, and patient surveys. It answers three questions: Who are we today? What unites us? What do we want to stand for in the future?

Our answer is clear: We are a healthcare company that puts people first and strengthens them. We present ourselves with our full spectrum. We consciously take our future into our own hands and stand for the best rehabilitation, empathetic care, and excellent clinical treatment.

Our brand promise

We are constantly evolving.

Our logo represents growth, stability, and renewal. The symbol is inspired by a root system – a metaphor for strength that comes from depth. Together with the wordmark, it forms a unit conveying trust and direction. The preferred use is the combined word-and-symbol logo in petrol (bloom) on a light background or in light beige (stability) on a dark background – clear, calm, and deliberately placed.

We speak a clear language.

Our typography gives the brand voice and structure. The headline font stands for expression and attitude, APTOS ensures readability and clarity in body text. Together, they create a balanced typeface that is impactful without being loud. Modern, minimal, and focused on the essentials.

We tell stories in colour.

Our color palette tells a story of stability and growth. Beige represents calm and trust, petrol represents depth and strength. Complemented by activating secondary colours, this creates a harmonious, vibrant system conveying energy and confidence – visually making STRONGER THAN BEFORE tangible.

We present ourselves as authentic, close & human.

Our imagery is authentic. It places people and their needs at the centre – clear and honest.

Just as the new background illustration “Range of Motion” symbolises energy, flexibility, and human proximity, it also reflects the path of improvement and provides orientation.
